Support Groups

Individuals who are coping with a cancer diagnosis come together for mutual support and an opportunity to discuss issues important to older adults. Facilitator: Erin Rafter, PhD, CCLS

Support Groups

For young adults who have or have had cancer. Programs provide an opportunity to connect with other young adults on the cancer journey.

Cancer Specific Support Groups

Monthly support group for women diagnosed with gynecological cancers.

Nutrition

Join others bi-weekly to accomplish the Healthy 10 Challenge: a free, 10-week online program offered by the American Institute of Cancer Research to improve diet, nutrition, physical activity, and weight. The Healthy 10 Challenge focuses on lifestyle behaviors to help lower cancer risk, promote survivorship, and better overall health.

Children, Teen & Family

Workshop for children and teens who have an adult family member with cancer. Utilizing art, play and discussion, children, teens and their parents interact with families in similar situations.

Support Groups

A monthly group for those who have completed cancer treatment. Topics include: fear of recurrence, managing anxiety, work issues, long term side effects, nutrition, exercise, relationships & more.

Art, Music & Meditation

Learn and practice basic meditation techniques to manage stress.

Monthly support group for those diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer.
