Zumba with Anita Bartel

Low intensity Zumba. Move at your own pace while dancing to Latin rhythms.


Zumba Gold® takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active, older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness-Party is know for: zesty Latin music, like Salsa, Merengue. Cumbia and Reggaeton. While the moves are easy to follow and exhilarating, this class is low intensity to protect our knees with high energy to get our hearts pumping. No experience is necessary and the routines can be done standing or sitting. Instructor: Anita Bartel
